    I saw “The Martin” the second time on Sunday and enjoyed it even more than the 1st time. Now I’m thinking about going to see it a 3rd time. I have never done that with a film before in its first week. I have seen a few films more than once but often years apart.

    For instance, I’ve watched “The Lord of the Rings” three times (two times on DVDs) and “Avatar” twice (the second time on DVD). But I have never gone to the theater and paid to see a movie more than once in my life. This is a first for me.—to pay for a ticket a second tiem and watch the same film a couple of days later in the same theater.

    And when it comes out on DVD, I’ll buy a copy to watch at home.

    Hi Josephine, it’s nice to meet you – and thank you for following my blog. Like you, I love a good crime/ detective novel. I also like a good thriller, but I draw the line at actual horror. I have lots of favourite crime authors, I write historical fiction myself, but also enjoy a good mystery set in the past. I’ll looks forward to reading your posts. 🙂

    Thank God for movies, as they make life more bearable. Movies and good tv shows always take me away from my everyday problems for a little while; and that’s priceless. Dogs do the same, too!

    Hi Josephine! Thanks for the ‘thumbs up’ today. Who doesn’t like the escapism of a great movie!? Not so much the horror or paranormal- too creepy. LOL One of the best movie twists I’ve ever seen was Seven Pounds (Will Smith) Never saw it coming! I’m also a huge fan of the Bourne films… every one’em. Oh! And Gladiator. Whew.
