A Good Thriller Is On the Way, Friends. It’s On The Way
Secret In Their Eyes (2015), Julia Roberts Chiwetel Ejiofor
The new Billy Ray directed mystery/ thriller starring Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Chiwetel Ejiofor finally has a trailer and it looks rather good, I must say.
Two of the three lead Actors have an Oscar statue at home and the third is Oscar nominated so you know it’s going to be emotional.
The trailer is intense and best enjoyed without knowing too much about the film beforehand. So…
Can’t wait to see Julia Roberts being badass.
The original to this remake is so profound and moving, I don’t think the Hollywood remake will do it justice, but we can always hope!

I’m one of the background extras in this movie. Thanks for no spoilers! But, as you can see from the trailer, it’s safe for us to say … Julia Roberts gets PISSED. OFF!
“He can quit his job. He can change his name. He can dump his car. But I will still. find. him.”

Thanks for following my blog, which is much appreciated.
Regarding this post, the original film is so good, I have no idea why they would consider a remake appropriate, or worthwhile. Have you seen it? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1305806/
I get enraged by remakes of wonderful foreign films. They are so pointless.
Best wishes from Norfolk. Pete.

I am addicted to good books and movies too. I even started a blog about it for a couple years. Sort of ran out of time to keep it going though.

I saw this trailer as well Affyyia, and I agree, it does look intense. This is an unusual role for Julia Roberts, and I’m glad to see her spread her wings a bit. Looking forward to the flick. ~James
